Countrytell partners with Sticky to take broadband to rural Australia
Countrytell has appointed digital agency Sticky to market our roll out of high-speed broadband services to communities in rural & remote Australia.
The team at Sticky will be developing a fully integrated marketing strategy covering everything from branding to television and press to a sophisticated online presence encompassing websites, social media and e-commerce.
Sticky's Managing Director Craig Wilson says, "it's wonderful to be working with a new brand that will be delivering such an important and innovative service. It's a rare opportunity that has everyone at Sticky very excited".
Rohan Green, Countrytell's chief technology officer said "Countrytell is not about wireless broadband.... its about communication. It will allow regional and urban communities to connect to and communicate with the rest of the world". He said that Countrytell "aims to serve consumers on their terms, therefore the use of the right advertising is critical to communicating our message".
In regards to choosing Sticky Advertising to manage the emerging brand and marketing strategies Mr. Green commented that "Countrytell needed an experienced leader in sophisticated online presence encompassing websites, social media and e-commerce. We simply had to work with Sticky. There was no other option"!
