Service Order FAQ

Accepting a Countrytell Service Order

To save time & the environment, Countrytell issue service orders which can be accepted electronically. This page explains how you can sign and accept a Countrytell service order.

Of course if you prefer, you can elect to print, sign, scan and return the service order via email.

You can click an image to view a larger version.
You will receive an email from Countrytell with the subject "Countrytell requests you to sign a document". Open the email and click on "Start signing"
Click on "Accept & Sign" to begin the process
Review the service order is as you expect, including any terms and conditions
If required, update the "Sign Name" field if the name shown is not the name of the person accepting the agreement. Then simply click the Sign Date & Signature fields as shown
To complete the process, click on Finish. You will then be presented with an option to either download or email the completed agreement, to keep for your records. There is no need to send the document to Countrytell
