We're upgrading Dalgety

Countrytell are undertaking an upgrade of our equipment in Dalgety, providing higher speeds and greater reliability. We will be in contact to discuss this work with you, but here you can find answers to frequently asked questions.

Upgrading our equipment and services at Dalgety.
The equipment has provided great service for 6 years, and is due for replacement to improve reliability and speed.
Throughout January & February 2020.
Existing plans are being replaced with higher performance options with more inclusions.
New plans, including Internet & Voice bundles will be available in early January. In some cases, customers on older legacy plans may pay slightly more, but most plans will be about the same especially if you combine your home phone. In some cases you may pay less than you currently do.
Nothing at this point in time, We'll call you in early January to explain whats happening and your options. You can log on to our website and check that we have your most up to date contact details.
If you choose an Internet only plan your existing modem will work as before. If you opt to change to an Internet and Voice bundle, we will provide a new WiFi modem.
The Countrytell services and equipment are completely separate from the NBN.
You can keep your existing phone service with your current provider, or you can take up a Countrytell Internet & Phone bundle, while keeping your existing phone number.
