Fault, technical and provisioning related enquiries

Residential Support

Residential support is available 9AM to 5PM Monday - Friday by completing the online support form, or calling 13 83 55.

Business Support

Business customers can log a support case by completing the online support form, or calling 13 83 55. Critical outages or interruptions to business services can be reported 24 hours a day.

Non critical faults, requests for information, or service modifications can be reported 9AM to 5PM Monday - Friday. Remember, if your issue is critical, please call us and quote your ticket ID.
