Business Support

Business customers can log a support case by emailing support@countrytell.com.au, or calling 1300 333 200. Critical outages or interruptions to business services can be reported 24 hours a day.

Non critical faults, requests for information, or service modifications can be reported 9AM to 5PM Monday – Friday. Remember, if your issue is critical, please call us and quote your ticket ID.

Residential Support

Residential support is available 9AM to 5PM Monday – Friday by emailing support@countrytell.com.au, or calling 1300 333 200.

Billing Enquiries

For assistance with your Countrytell account – including billing, payment and contract related enquiries, please call us on 1300 333 200 during business hours, or email billing@countrytell.com.au
